JOINING US THIS YEAR?

  • To purchase Tassie Vice Weekend Panel Passes, or a Day Pass, click here.

  • Or register your interest in a retreat or the MAPI program in our EOI form.

  • Download it in either PDF or Word and email to Felicity.Lemon.TARWF@gmail.com

  • If an event is fully reserved, you can also join a waitlist using this form.

  • If computer gremlins mean the form won’t work for you, please send a regular email to Felicity instead with the information requested in the form.

Please note that we have received an unexpected number of EOIs this year and are processing them as fast as our little part-time volunteer team can go. Please be patient as we prepare for three weeks of literary escapades in the gorgeous Huon Valley.

It is important to note that we put significant measures in place to accommodate people with various allergy and physical disability needs. All participants are asked to respect the health, safety and accessibility measures we take and help us maintain a physically safe space for all guests and staff.

Want to join us for part of the weekend?

While the panel program is designed as a cohesive series - one long, gripping, twisty conversation over two days - each session is also a standalone topic.

We will record the sessions, so have blocked them into Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning and Sunday afternoon and noted when doors will open and close. Once doors are closed you won’t be able to join a session.

We’re currently processing requests for full weekend passes, which account for more than half the seats. We will then open to day tickets and half day tickets, subject to availability. With our small volunteer team, this is the most efficient way for us to process ticket requests.

If you know what you would like to attend, you can email Felicity.Lemon.TARWF@gmail.com with your request. We can’t guarantee the tickets you would like will become available, but we will add you to a waitlist in order of requests received.

Subject to availability, there may be tickets to:

  • Saturday day pass ($130)

  • Sunday day pass ($130)

  • Saturday morning ($60)

  • Saturday afternoon ( $80)

  • Sunday morning ($60)

  • Sunday afternoon ( $80)

Please note that we minimise our costs to you by volunteering our time. We understand that these ticket prices may still be too expensive for some budgets. To ensure everyone locally can access engaging literary discussion panels, every year we also host three days of free livestreamed sessions from the Sydney Writers Festival.
