SPOKEN WORD PERFORMERS ANNOUNCED!
Thank you to everyone who applied for one of our spoken word performance slots at Noir at the Bar.
We’ve brought together a fascinating mix of performances that include slam poetry, dark memoir, chilling rhyme, slam poetry, an obituary and a short play.

Alison Alexander – Murder Most Foul: The Huon, 1843
Steve Dillon – Creature, Monster
Jonathon Clarke-Hansen – Huon Hysterical
Naomie Clarke-Port – Poison in the Valley
Judy Howison – Breaking the Cycle?
Peregrine Slam Poetry

It will be a spectacular evening!
Chat with a writer, enjoy a drink or cheer for your favourite local act.
Cocktails will be available at the Festival Bar, including Murder She Wrote’s Signature Cocktail: Writers’ Blood.
The Bar will offer a fantastic range of local beverages from Festival Wine Partner, Kate Hill Wines and Key Festival Supporters Frank’s Cider and Pagan Cider.
You can grab scrumptious morsels from our Deadly Diva of Dumplings Sally Ives (dumplings and curries), Peregrine School (rice paper rolls) and Crave (loaded hotdogs, loaded fries, fresh locally-caught fish and chips).
All these late-night indulgences were available to speakeasy goers in 1920s New York!
