- all 12 Murder She Wrote panel sessions on Saturday and Sunday,

The first 80 Golden Tickets only also include a seat at Saturday night’s Murder Mystery Party (including the game and a fabulous buffet dinner) as our thank you for showing your support and enthusiasm for our festival.

Cygnet and the Huon Valley boast an impressive array of foodie experiences and workshops, now available to you through TAF2019. Prices and locations vary.
At pre-sale, choosing to purchase a Golden Ticket will open the option to book into all Trail events.
During Earlybird, General and Last Minute sales the purchase of any ticket will open up the option to book into Trail events.
For festival goers travelling up from Dover/Geeveston/Franklin or down from Hobart, TAF2019 will offer regular minibus transfers between central Cygnet and the Huonville bus station 31 October to 3 November.
Tickets will be $5 each way and must be pre-booked.
Please indicate when purchasing your festival tickets if you will use this service.
If you know you’re coming to TAF2019, know you want a Golden Ticket and don’t need to wait for the final program to be released, register for pre-sale tickets.
If you sign up for TAF2019 updates you will be given the exclusive opportunity in early June to register.
You will then receive a lead-in email letting you know when to expect your chance to buy a pre-sale Golden Ticket.
When you reach the front of the queue, you will receive an email with a link that will open ticket sales to you for a limited time.
If you choose to purchase a Golden Ticket then tickets for all other events, workshops and masterclasses will also be available to you.
Earlybird Tickets are expected to go on sale in mid- to late-June once the final program is released. We’ve had some exciting late additions to the program - you’re in for a treat!
Earlybird Tickets will include any remaining Golden Tickets ($499, incl. GST) and a 10% discount for bona fide concession card holders and students ($449, incl. GST).
General Tickets will go on sale 1 August.
If Panel Sessions remain available, this will include half-day tickets (combinations of panel sessions and meals) and tickets for any available seats at the Murder Mystery Party ($88, incl. GST).
Last Minute Tickets
Last Minute Tickets will go on sale 1 October.
This will include any remaining Panel Session tickets at $25/$20 per session, incl. GST.

TAF2019 is for everyone - readers, writers and foodies alike. To ensure everyone can have a great four days, we’re offering a full program of free events.
This will include:
- Terror Australis Art Exhibition (Thursday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm, Lovett’s Gallery)
- Children’s Day, with ten local children’s authors (Thursday, 9am to 4pm, various locations in Huon Valley)
- Halloween Party, with children’s book costume parade (Thursday, 5pm to 9pm, Cygnet Town Hall)
- Hall of Writers (Friday, 10am to 4pm, Cygnet Town Hall)
- Book Launches (Friday, between 10am and 4pm, Cygnet Town Hall and Southern Swan Bookshop)
- Announcement of Murder She Wrote Art Competition Winners (Friday, 5pm, Lovett’s Gallery)
- Noir at the Bar (*not free - $10 entry fee*, Friday, 7pm to late, Cygnet Town Hall)
- Book Signings (between 10am and 5pm, Saturday and Sunday, Southern Swan Bookshop)
On Sunday morning, the fabulous Cygnet Markets will also be on, adjacent to the festival.
